IXMAE is about the relationship between image and sound: i.e., how an album cover or label affects the way we hear the music.

Our contributors are a mix of graphic designers, musicians and mavens, all who's hearts are linked to that (almost!) ineffable feeling of seeing and holding music in our hands.
